Cassis “Ganache” Cream 30%: (white chocolate 47% (minimum 55% cocoa – sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin), cassis puree 31%, butter (milk origin: EU countries) 7%, fresh pasteurized cream (milk) from Italy, inverted sugar, cassis liqueur (blackcurrant hydroalcoholic distillate – alcohol 40%) 4%, acidulant: citric acid.
