The recipe for this Panettone, made with sourdough, butter, eggs, sugar and stone-ground flour, remains faithful to the Milanese specifications regulated by ministerial decree of the Italian government which approves its historical authenticity. The meeting between Sicilian candied oranges, Calabrian cedar, Australian raisins and Madagascar vanilla, processed in purity, is a triumph of excellence harmoniously distributed in the dough for a sweet and sublime creation contained within a precious designed round tin box by Moschino’s Creative Director Adrian Appiolaza in honor of the fashion show which marks his debut at the helm of the Milanese fashion house. “Collezione 0” is the name of the show that contains the Moschino symbols that are graphically transferred onto the packaging of this panettone: the blue sky sprinkled with soft clouds, the black and white chessboard, and the laurel wreath.
