Martesana dedicates to Cortilia a signature leavened creation with an enveloping, structured, and Mediterranean aromatic bouquet, thanks to Calabrian citron, Italian orange, and mandarin: a trio of candied citrus fruits that offer an intriguing interplay of different textures on the palate. A Panettone crafted with one of the oldest sourdough starters in all of Milan, cold-milled wheat flour, fresh delactosed butter, fresh eggs, and acacia honey. Only top-quality raw materials, combined with a slow leavening process, allow for the creation of a dough with a perfect texture and an unparalleled softness. The packaging has been designed by artist Antonio Aricò, featuring creativity and colors inspired by the ingredients of this limited edition Panettone. Made with lactose-free Alpine butter.
