70% Almond Meringue Shell: (sugar, almond flour 25%, icing sugar 25% (sugar, cornstarch), pasteurized egg white, water, coffee extract, soluble coffee, colored with E102 (may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children).
30% Salted Caramel Ganache: (30% milk chocolate (45% min. cocoa – sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla powder) – fresh pasteurized cream (milk) sourced from Italy (36%), butter (from milk of EU origin), salt, Maldon salt flakes.
